In questo modo, allineavano le proprie strategie di offerta nelle aste di emissioni di obbligazioni. La condotta ha avuto luogo tra il 2007 e il 2011, causando danni all\u2019intero Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE); la Commissione ha quindi imposto sanzioni pecuniarie da centinaia di milioni di euro a Nomura, UBS e Unicredit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inoltre, la Commissione Europea ha dichiarato che qualsiasi persona o societ\u00e0 colpita da tali comportamenti pu\u00f2 sottoporre la questione ai tribunali competenti degli Stati membri per ottenere il giusto risarcimento; infatti, anche se la Commissione ha inflitto un\u2019ammenda ai partecipanti al cartello, i danni possono essere risarciti senza essere ridotti a causa dell\u2019ammenda stessa.\u00a0Quindi, anche gli investitori possono ottenere il giusto risarcimento dalle perdite dovute al cartello di trading EGB.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HAI SUBITO PERDITE DA TRADING IN TITOLI EGB?
